Honestly at first I was quite disappointed because it is totally different from what I've filled in the form earlier; I was expecting some makeup or skin care products when I received the parcel. [Beauty Box] Bag of Love May's Edition: Best of Beauty

It is a water based cream so it gets absorbed quickly and leaves my hands moisturized for hours at a go. It is also free of parabens, sulphates and mineral oil, which is a plus point. Best of all, this hand cream is not greasy, thick or heavy that the concoction is very light! My new love ♥

 Calvin Klein Eternity EDP, 1.2ml (50ml for RM254) and Eternity for Men EDT, 1.2ml (50ml for RM209)

I personally prefer Calvin Klein Eternity for Men because I think that Eternity EDP scent is too heavy for me. I don't really use perfume when I go out so I've gave it to my sister :p

Honestly I love the fact that they have different categories of products every month, ranging from body wash, hair care, face, hand cream and even fragrances. Besides, they only promised you 5 deluxe sample-size products every month but there are two full-size products in this month's bag! There are also some extras in the bag that come in little packets which are Crabtree & Evelyn Lavender Body Lotion (5ml) and two Kerastase Oleo-Relax Smoothing Masque (15ml x 2). Of Delectable by Su, Bag of Love and beauty butterflies!

Few weeks ago, I was invited to the unboxing unzipping tea party with fellow beauty bloggers at Delectable by Su, Paradigm Mall held by the Butterfly Project - Beauty Bloggers feat. Bag of Love. I was so excited because I'm one of the lucky one who get to attend this event out of 140 participants out there.

When I just stepped into Delectable by Su, I was greeted by tons of pretty cupcakes and desserts well decorated on the table. For a moment, I thought I was fell into Alice's wonderland ngawww...

After the photoshoot session with the pretty desserts, here's a short welcome speech by the founder of Bag of Love, Mimi. She is a beauty addict and she buys beauty products by bulk! She also spent more than half a decade as a beauty writer for some of Malaysia's top beauty and fashion magazines. With this background along with her love for all things beauty-related, she was thinking what she can do and share her interest with all other beauty addicts out there. So she have decided to start her own beauty box bag, Bag of Love.

While listening to Mimi, everyone starts digging in the tea time treats prepared by Delectable Su. Fyi the Delectable Su tea time treats available from 2-6pm everyday. They only charge you for RM15 for one person and RM28 for two! What a great deal :)

[Beauty Box] Bag of Love April's Edition

Thanks to the Butterfly Project - Beauty Bloggers and Bag of Love, I got my first beauty box bag finally yay! In honor of Earth Month, Bag of Love is going green! This little beauty bag is made of bleach-free canvas and the Bag of Love tag (inside) is of recycled non-woven material. Though delicate, the bag is extremely heavy-duty. :)

Definite Contour Brush, Full-Size @ RM88

I heard there's already a face blending brush in their debut box and now they have another contour brush in April's edition due to popular demand. Woohoo I bet all the girls are jumping in joy now :D *added into collection*

On the left: Decleor Hydra Floral Moisturizing Cream, 15ml (50ml @ RM271)

I love the scent of the moisturizing cream and it did a good job keeping my face moisturized the whole day. (Y)

On the right: Nuxe Brightening BB Cream SPF30/PA+++, 15ml (30ml @ RM120)

Nowadays BB cream is so common that most of the people used it as make up base. This BB cream has SPF30/PA+++ so you don't need to apply sunscreen anymore, which is a plus point. But it smells weird and the coverage is just medium, perhaps you have to re-apply to cover your scars/dark spot :)

The Body Shop Quiet Night Dreamy Pillow & Body Mist, 60ml (100ml @ RM59)

I've been using this every night after I came back from the unzipping tea party. It smells like lemon and it has a very refreshing scent, shoo away all the nightmares :D

Phytojoba Intense Hydrating Shampoo, 50ml (200ml @ RM88) 

Burt's Bees Richly Replenishing Cocoa & Cupuacu Butters Body Lotion, 6.5ml (170ml @ RM62.80)

Decleor Singature Aromaplasty Facial @ RM98 (NP: RM230, 1 hour and 45 minutes)

The Bag of Love April's edition is definitely worth more than RM200 but you're only paying for RM39.90 per month, yay or nay? They promised that you'll get 5 deluxe sample-size beauty products every month but there are 6 products and a gift voucher in this month's edition, which surprises me a lot. Besides, I really love the idea that they placed their products in bags, but not boxes! A girl can never have too many bags :D Okay basically I love all the products in this month's edition, ranging from hair care, make up tools, skincare and even body mist.

The only thing that I dislike is the expiry date of the discount voucher. It only valid for one month and I don't think I have any free time to go for it. Well overall I'm very satisfied with Bag of Love April's edition and looking forward to the next month one *wink*!
